The
Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co. Building also known as the PacBell Building or just "140", was built in 1925. It is another neo-Gothic palace. It is 435 feet tall, not including an antenna, and was the tallest building in San Francisco until 1964. Today it is being remodeled into office space.
