The Constitutions of Claredon

Source: https://archive.org/details/selecthistorical00hendiala/page/n29

The Constitutions of Claredon supposedly contains a mention to the year 1164.  I say supposedly because there is no mention of the original document or the language, in Latin or old English or even French.  The book this is found in is called "Select Historical Documents of the Middle Ages" and was published in 1903 in London.

Anyways, if you relax the restrictions on evidence a little, this is the oldest date I have found yet.
