I wish I could ignore this bizarre conspiracy theory. But who is this guy named Jean-Jacques Trogneux? There is no Wikipedia page. He was apparently born on 12 Nov 1982 and he runs half-marathons. His parents are Jean-Michel Trogneux (JMT) and Veronique Dreux, who were married in a private ceremony in 1980 [November 24, 1980].
He has a sister named Valerie Anne-Catherine Trogneux who was born on February 20, 1984 in Amiens France. She married Franck Paul Freddy Limpens on June 21, 2008.
Veronique Dreux divorced JMT in 1987, and she remarried on January 30, 1998 to Alain de la Simone.
But back to Jean-Jacques. There is not much about him that I can find, other than a few more running photos. He is just an ordinary guy. Except for the fact that he looks almost exactly like Emmanuel Macron, to whom he supposedly is not related at all by blood.
