Did Candace Owens claim that Emmanuel Macron was brainwashed by MK-Ultra?

 I asked ChatGPT this question and I had to re-phrase it to get a direct answer.

 ================================

ChatGPT, does Candace Owens claim that Emmanuel Macron was brainwashed by MkUltra? If so, can you provide the source?
ChatGPT said:

Yes — Candace Owens has explicitly claimed that President Emmanuel Macron was chosen or “installed” as President of France through a CIA mind‑control program akin to MKUltra.

🗣️ Her Claims

  • In the Macrons’ 218‑page defamation lawsuit, the couple state that Owens asserted Macron’s presidency was engineered via a CIA-run MKUltra program or similar mind‑control scheme, not based on legitimate merit. They describe these as “outlandish, defamatory, and far‑fetched fictions”

  • Owens herself admits in Episode 3 of Becoming Brigitte that she is "borderline obsessed" with MKUltra and connects it to Macron's upbringing—suggesting that his childhood isolation “evokes disturbing parallels” with MKUltra techniques and that these formed part of broader conspiracy narratives around his rise

Here is a direct quote and context from Episode 3 of Becoming Brigitte, titled "One Coincidence Too Many"—where Candace Owens discusses MKUltra and Emmanuel Macron:

🎙️ Quote & Context from Episode 3

In the episode, Owens draws parallels between Macron’s early life and mind‑control experimentation:

“The speaker expresses a fascination with MK Ultra … Claims that MK Ultra involved brainwashing techniques through isolation and drug use, impacting individuals psychologically … Discussion on creating ‘Manchurian candidates’ through psychological experiments aimed at controlling behavior.” euronews.com+11videohighlight.com+11podcasts.apple.com+11clarelocke.com+1nypost.com+1

She also explicitly reframes Macron as a modern subject of such programming:

“Most of what you think you know about Emmanuel Macron… it’s just… they can change identities, and they can change names.” … “He’s just a puppet. And he has been groomed from that time that he was a child …” clarelocke.com

Owens goes further:

  • She compares Macron’s upbringing to MKUltra-style indoctrination, suggesting he was isolated and manipulated.

  • She calls him a “Manchurian candidate”, groomed from youth by mysterious elites to serve their agenda clarelocke.com.

✅ Summary

  • Yes, Candace Owens does claim that Emmanuel Macron was selected or groomed via CIA-operated MKUltra or similar mind-control programming.

  • In Episode 3, she ties Macron’s childhood isolation, literary upbringing, and distant family life to the hallmarks of MKUltra experimentation and psychological manipulation.

  • She frames him as a puppet, strategically installed to serve hidden elites.

 ============================================

Using only the transcript from Episode 3, does Candace Owens explicitly claim that Emmanuel Macron has been indoctrinated by Mkultra? or does she only state that MkUltra tries to brainwash people sometimes through isolation, and then she also states that Emmanuel Macron was isolated in his childhood without directly claiming that MkUltra was involved.
ChatGPT said:

Based strictly on the transcript of Episode 3 ("One Coincidence Too Many") of Becoming Brigitte, Candace Owens does not explicitly state that Emmanuel Macron was indoctrinated by MKUltra. Instead, she outlines general mind-control techniques associated with MKUltra and notes similarities to Macron's isolated childhood—without asserting a direct causal link or claim of involvement.

===============================================

To restate:  The lawsuit against Owens claims that she stated that Macron's presidency was engineered via MkUltra or similar program.

However, Owens never claimed that.  Instead she said that MKUltra sometimes controls people by isolation, and she notes that Macron was isolated during his childhood - noting a parallel but not a claim of involvement.  The direct quote is:

The MK Ultra was real. The government was obsessed with all of these different programs. Really, the main point of them, trying to condition the brain, trying to brainwash people, sometimes through isolation, which it sounds like Emmanuel Macron has been a ton time isolated throughout his childhood.

 =============================================

ChatGPT, using only the transcript from Episode 3, does Candace Owens explicitly claim that Emmanuel Macron is a Manchurian candidate?
ChatGPT said:

Based strictly on the Episode 3 transcript of Becoming Brigitte: One Coincidence Too Many, Candace Owens does not explicitly call Emmanuel Macron a “Manchurian candidate.” What she actually does is describe the methods of MKUltra and note that those techniques—isolation, psychological conditioning, and drug use—were used to create so-called “Manchurian candidates” in the past. Then she observes that Macron’s upbringing exhibited similar elements.

The direct quote is:

“They would experiment psychologically through isolation, through drugs, LSD… essentially trying to establish a Manchurian candidate—somebody that responds to cues, does what they want them to do without question…”

===============================================

Final Conclusion:  Candace Owens does not explicitly claim that Emmanuel Owens was brainwashed by MK Ultra nor does she claim that he is a Manchurian candidate.

=================

Update (8/2/25): In the epilogue to her series "Becoming Brigitte", Candace Owens does directly call Emmanuel Owens a Manchurian candidate.

In my opinion, Emmanuel Macron needs to step down from office because you have lied repeatedly to the French people. ... We know that you were created. You are not real. You have no thoughts of your own. You are the Manchurian candidate, and you have absolutely no power.

Is Emmanuel Macron a Rothschild?

Emmanuel Macron and Liliane de Rothschild

Another conspiracy theory, not as bizarre as some of the others I have mentioned, is that Emmanuel Macron is himself an illegitimate son of one of the Rothschilds (maybe David) and then was adopted by his parents, Jean-Michel Macron and Françoise Noguès.  This would explain Emmanuel's rapid rise at the Rothschild bank and his physical resemblance to some of the Rothschild family members.

Here is one version of the theory:

The possibility of a secret adoption (in which Françoise Noguès would not be the mother)

In 1977, Jean-Michel Trogneux was a regular at Parisian nightclubs, which he knew well from his student days in thecapital. He also attended Pastor Doucé's meetings. This led him to meet a young pregnant woman who did not want tokeep her child, but wanted the child to live and receive material support, together with the father.

Assuming or not that Françoise Noguès gave birth to a stillborn daughter, we can imagine that she was afraid of never having any more children and that she was attentive to a proposal from her friend Jean-Michel Trogneux to adopt the baby we have just mentioned. The agreement of her husband Jean-Michel Macron and the support of friendly medical circles would have made it possible to make it appear as if she had given birth.

Then, the biological Rothschild parent, if there is one, would have ensured the education and social advancement of his child Emmanuel Macron. If there is no Rothschild parent, David de Rothschild could alternatively have taken the baby under his wing as well, so that he could be subjected to the MK-Ultra project.  http://pressibus.free.fr/gen/trogneux/scenargb.html

Read also this:

The last chapter, epilogue, of the book ‘Devenir Brigitte’ by Xavier Poussard is entitled ‘Le sang des Rothschild’ (The blood of the Rothschilds). It includes the following comments by economist Gaël Giraud, who holds a doctorate in mathematics and theology: "Emmanuel Macron is David de Rothschild's gun-toting bodyguard. So in a way, the person Emmanuel Macron, on whom we are very focused, is not very interesting. He is a boy who is executing a program dictated to him by others, notably David de Rothschild." When and how could such a program have been instilled? When: probably before Emmanuel was 12, in the darkness of his childhood.

Against this theory is the fact that Emmanuel Macron looks somewhat like his brother Laurent Macron.

GDP is now $30.3 trillion

 Read: https://www.bea.gov/news/2025/gross-domestic-product-2nd-quarter-2025-advance-estimate

Real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 3.0 percent in the second quarter of 2025 (April, May, and June), according to the advance estimate released by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. In the first quarter, real GDP decreased 0.5 percent.

I don't like how the BEA presents this.  They only say the increase in Real GDP but they don't say what the total is, or how much inflation there is. They do say that current-dollar GDP increased by 5.0 percent during the 2nd quarter, and I assume that means an annual increase.

Just give me the raw data.  To get it you have to click on "Related Materials", the click on "Full Release & Tables" and then at the top of page 8 are the numbers.  GDP was 29,962.0 at the end of Q1 2025 and 30,331.1 at the end of Q2 2025.

What was debt to the public at the end of June 30, 2025? $28.953 trillion.  So the ratio is 95.5%. This is down from 96.4% a year earlier, but this is misleading because the debt ceiling wasn't raised until 7/7/25.  So let's do a comparison at the end of July and these numbers should be out very soon.

========================

As of July 31, 2025 the debt to the public is $29.521 trillion, making the ratio 97.4%.

The insane theory of the doppelganger Brigitte

So this is all very interesting speculation, but I don't think Candace Owens has thought this through.  If Brigitte Macron was born a man (which for the record I don't believe but I am willing to entertain the thought just out of amusement), then who was the mother of her three children?  I haven't heard Candace's opinion on this but I think she needs to have one or else retract her claims.

The first theory was that the mother was Catherine Audoy, but this cannot be correct because she has never had any children.

The current theory among the insane people is what I am calling the doppelganger Brigitte theory.  It goes like this.  The original Brigitte Trogneux was born on April 13, 1953, probably in Amiens.  There are no pictures of her (she is not the little girl in the 1953 family photo) and she never went to school.  She died in unfortunate circumstances about 1960 or 1961.  There is no death certificate or other proof of this death.  This supposedly left an identity for someone to assume later.

Brigitte #2 pops up.  Her name was Brigitte Auziere and she was supposedly born in 1953 in Eseka, Cameroon.  She would be Andre-Louis Auziere's little sister.  The theory goes that Andre-Louis Auziere never existed but Brigitte Auziere did exist.  Of course there is no birth certificate. The conspiracy theorists give her the nickname "Proba" (meaning probable).  This "Proba" hides out in Cameroon until 1962 when she pops up in Amiens, just in time to go to school to replace the original Brigitte.  This Brigitte #2 was the one who got married on June 22, 1974.  Let's not talk about the supposed groom right now.  This Brigitte #2 was supposedly the mother of the three children.  Then after 1984 after the birth of third child, Brigitte #2 disappears.

Oh there is supposedly one tiny piece of evidence that Brigitte #2 existed.  At the wedding of JMT and Veronique Dreux in 1980, a witness signed her name as "Brigitte Auziere".  (But isn't it more likely that JMT's sister signed it?).

Did I mention that this theory is insane? But this is the best that the brigittologists can come up with.

The mystery of the dead niece

 Brigitte Macron mentioned in an interview (which aired on Sept 16, 2019) that she had a niece who died young.

Bing Translation: Looks impeccable, courteous smiles, cheerful handshakes: like her husband Emmanuel Macron, Brigitte Macron controls her image and public appearances. Behind the protocol and conventions that come with her role, the First Lady hides vulnerabilities. In the documentary 'Brigitte Macron: The Influential,' aired on Monday, September 16 on BFMTV, another facet of her is revealed. The French teacher from Amiens experienced, very early on, two tragedies, two losses, two traumas. At the age of eight, little Brigitte loses her older sister, who is then pregnant, in a car accident. A year later, the little girl learns of her niece's death, following an appendicitis.

The older sister was Maryvonne Trogneux, who died on Feb 24, 1960 with her husband Paul Farcy.  But who was the dead niece who died in 1961 of appendicitis?

If you are a totally insane briggitologist, then you speculate about the answer: Anne-Marie Trogneux (b. 1932) must have been secretly pregnant and it was her daughter who died in 1961.  And you even think you know her name.  I won't spoil this by mentioning the name.  But is there any proof at all of a young girl in the extended Trogneux family who died in 1961 of appendicitis or from any other cause?  Nope, there is no proof at all.  The only reason for thinking this tragic event happened was because Brigitte Macron mentioned it.  Maybe she accidentally left a clue?

Who is Jean-Louis Andre Auziere?

Andre-Louis Auzier and Jean-Louis Auziere

This is turning into a wild detective story.  The theory is that Jean-Louis Auziere's (JLA) middle name is Andre, and he was born on February 28, 1943, whereas the fictional Andre-Louis Auziere (ALA) was born on February 28, 1951.

Here is the bio of JLA: Jean-Louis André Roger Auzière was born in Meudon on February 28, 1943. His father was Marius Alexandre Auzière born in Paris 9th on February 17, 1893, aged just over 50 years, his mother was Germaine Marie Bary, born in Paris 18th on April 4, 1896, aged almost 47 years. The newborn then has as siblings Louis 26 years, Suzanne 24 years and Marcelle 20 years.  [There is some question as to who JLA's real mother is since Germaine was 47 years old when he was born.]

Note that Andre-Louis Auziere's father was Louis, who was Jean-Louis Auziere' older brother.  So ALA (if he existed) is JLA's nephew.

Jean-Louis Auziere married Susan Spray (unknown date, probably about 1966) and had 2 children, Pascal, born November 18, 1966, and Marc, born October 26, 1974.  They got divorced at an unknown date [1990?], and then JLA married Catherine Audoy on June 21, 2003, and they didn't have any children.

(Natacha Rey and Xavier Poussard at one point hypothesized that Catherine Audoy was the mother of the fictional ALA's 3 children, but they later abandoned this theory.  Catherine Audoy sued Natacha Rey for stating this).

Who is Jean-Jacques Trogneux?

Jean-Jacques Trogneux

I wish I could ignore this bizarre conspiracy theory.  But who is this guy named Jean-Jacques Trogneux?  There is no Wikipedia page.  He was apparently born on 12 Nov 1982 and he runs half-marathons.  His parents are Jean-Michel Trogneux (JMT) and Veronique Dreux, who were married in a private ceremony in 1980 [November 24, 1980].

He has a sister named Valerie Anne-Catherine Trogneux who was born on February 20, 1984 in Amiens France.  She married Franck Paul Freddy Limpens on June 21, 2008.

Veronique Dreux divorced JMT in 1987, and she remarried on January 30, 1998 to Alain de la Simone.

But back to Jean-Jacques.  There is not much about him that I can find, other than a few more running photos.  He is just an ordinary guy.  Except for the fact that he looks almost exactly like Emmanuel Macron, to whom he supposedly is not related at all by blood.

Is the little girl pictured in the Communion photograph, allegedly from 1963, the Brigitte Macron that is currently married to President Macron?

Little Girl Communion in 1963

ChatGPT, the first question posed was: Was the little girl in the alleged 1963 Communion photo the current First Lady? I think this is referring to the first photo on this page: https://www.threads.com/@parisbenedicte66/post/C-5w1mvAL2T . Based on your fair and opinion, do you think this photo is the same person as the current First Lady of France?

ChatGPT said:

🧠 Expert Perspective

1. Visual Similarity

  • The girl in the photo has angelic, childlike features—an expectation for a young Catholic girl of that era. While some marginal resemblance can be drawn to Brigitte Macron’s facial contours, childhood photos often bear only a faint echo of adult appearances.

  • Experts and credible fact-checkers have not authenticated this image as Brigitte Macron. Its provenance remains unclear, and there's no definitive documentation linking it directly to her.

2. Context & Provenance

  • The image emerges from low-quality archives and has circulated predominantly through conspiracy forums, not from verifiable family or official sources.

  • There are few publicly confirmed childhood images of Brigitte Macron; however, those that exist (e.g. family or school photos) show variations from this Communion portrait, in style and facial morphology.

3. Fact-Check Analysis

  • Fact-checking sources like Snopes have examined similar early photos relating to Macron. In another deeply circulated photograph, Macon's head was digitally combined into an unrelated school setting, debunking the claim it showed him with Brigitte.

  • Importantly, no reputable verification supports the claim that this Communion photo features Brigitte Macron.

✅ My Assessment

In my objective view, it is not credible to assert the Communion photo truly depicts Brigitte Macron:

  1. The resemblance is inconclusive—common childhood traits like soft jawlines or wide-set eyes are not sufficient for positive identification.

  2. No verified source or authenticated archival record confirms the photo belongs to the Macron family.

  3. Established fact-checking and visual archivists have found more reliable childhood images, none of which match the mysterious Communion photo.

🧾 Summary Table: Why It’s Unlikely the Same Person

ReasonExplanation
Lack of provenanceNo official confirmation linking the image to Brigitte
Typical variability in childhood picsChildren’s faces change significantly over decades
Fact-checkers find mismatchesKnown verified images don’t correspond with this portrait

🔍 Final Thought

Based on available evidence and expert verification, there's no confidence that the Communion photo shows Brigitte Macron. The image lacks direct ties, reliable context, and confirmed provenance to support the claim. If you find a primary source (e.g. direct from family archives), that would change the evaluation—but as of now, the identification remains speculative at best.

 ===================

Update: There is speculation that this is actually Tiphaine, in a picture that was de-colorized.  It would have been taken about 1992 or so, since she was born in 1984.  I can't find the source.

Summary of Becoming Brigitte: An Introduction

 Read: https://podcasts.happyscribe.com/candace/becoming-brigitte-an-introduction

It is very hard to figure out exactly what Candace Owens is actually saying, since she just loves to talk and talk for hours and hours.  I asked AI to summarize the introduction and here is what it says that she said.

🧾 Transcript Summary: Becoming Brigitte: An Introduction

Opening & Context

  • Owens begins by describing recent aggressive DDoS attacks on her new website and harmful media narratives, including being linked to a school shooter, which she attributes to coordinated attempts to silence her.

  • She highlights receiving a legal threat from the Élysée Palace, which she portrays as an unprecedented event, prompting her to ask: “what is everybody so afraid of?”

Framing the Investigation

  • Owens explains that this episode serves as an introduction to the English-speaking world about a controversy voraciously discussed within France. She claims that most people outside France are unaware of it.

  • She restates that a year ago she declared she would stake her entire professional career on the claim that Brigitte Macron was born male — a statement she says sounded unbelievable to many.

Legal Threat as Catalyst

  • Owens says Macron’s legal team used “tricky language” in their letter: they threatened legal action over minor details (like colorization of a photo) rather than refuting the central claim—that Brigitte was born male. She views this avoidance as significant.

  • She suggests the letter inadvertently opened a direct line of questioning, allowing her to pose a series of 21 yes-or-no questions to Macron and Brigitte, promising to report the factual responses.

Sample Questions

Among the “very simple” questions she lists:

  • Is the little girl in a 1963 communion photograph the same person as current First Lady Brigitte Macron?

  • Did Brigitte Macron ever use the name Véronique?

  • Did she physically give birth to three children?

  • Are the individuals in the Trogneux family photograph accounted for, and what are their current whereabouts?

  • Did Brigitte and Emmanuel Macron have an intimate relationship before Macron turned 18, and what were their respective ages when they first met?

Tone & Strategy

  • Owens presents the episode as a framework for transparency, portraying herself as seeking answers directly from the Macrons—answers they are refusing or avoiding.

  • She frames the legal pushback as proof of cover-up, not proof of falsehood, and presents her investigation as exposing suppressed information.

✅ What the Episode Does Not Claim

  • This introduction episode does not present definitive evidence that Brigitte Macron was born male, nor does it identify any corroborating sources or documentation.

  • It does not state accusations explicitly about incest, grooming, CIA programs, or other detailed conspiracy theories—those appear in subsequent episodes, not this introduction.

=====================================================

My follow up question: What are the 21 Simple Questions that Candace Owen wants answered?
