How to do a 36-hour fast

The most important thing is to break the fast with bone broth.  He recommends a brand called Kettle & Fire (paid promotion), but there are other good brands too. He says that the 16-28 hour timeframe is the sweet spot where your body burns both glucose and ketones.

From personal experience, doing a 36-hour fast once a week is very easy to do, and I see dramatic weight loss (with of course some weight regain when I eat again).  I don't see the benefits of going longer than 36 hours, since the weight loss slows down on the second day of fasting.  Also, with just a 36-hour fast, your metabolism remains high, whereas with a longer fast it will slow down.
