I just noticed this. The
Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan area in Germany has over 10 million inhabitants, making it the 3rd largest in Europe, after Paris and London. It should rank in the top 25 cities worldwide. The major cities in metro area are Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Bonn.
