Candace mentions that they were able to confirm that in 1967 Jean-Michel Trogneux was in Germany. But after that, the trail goes completely cold. The French military refuses to release any records after 1968 because they might reveal private military information. Then she speculates that JMT was involved with the Stanford Prison Experiment in 1971.
I think she is way off base here but it is kind of entertaining.
