M4 up 0.5% in April

As of 4/30/13:
M2 = 10,536.5
Public Debt = 11,943.1
Fed held = -1848.0

Total (as of 4/30/13) = 20631.6

Ok, not all the data is in yet, but I feel like posting this now, and I will update it later

This is up 0.56% over March, and 4.5% YTD since Oct 1.  This isn't bad considering that the year is more than half done.
