Emmet Flood, Trump's attorney, thinks that Mueller's Report is invalid. It followed the wrong legal standard. Prosecutors aren't supposed to determine guilt or innocent. Instead, a person is presumed innocent and a prosecutor either decides to indict them or not. The reason the prosecutor doesn't charge someone is not because they are innocent but because the prosecutor doesn't believe he can prove the case to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt.
He also says the President is claiming executive privilege on all 1.4 million pages provided to the Special Counsel and he is instructing his advisors not to appear before Congressional committees.
He further complains that the way the investigation started is totally illegitimate. "Under our system of government, unelected Executive Branch officer and intelligence agency personnel are supposed to answer to the person elected by the People - the President - and not the other way around".
