I'm thinking about going on a French Fry diet for a month. The only rule will be no ketchup or other sauce with sugar. Potatoes have protein, carbs and fiber, but no fat (which is easily remedied), so they are a complete meal. They also contain resistant starch, which is similar to fiber.
Anyways, I will think about this a little and if I choose to do it, I will start a new blog to list my progress.
