The Warrior Diet

In the warrior diet, you fast for 20 hours a day and eat during 4 hours. It advocates skipping breakfast and promotes eating only in the evening.

It actually promotes "overeating".  "Briefly, when people practice overeating after undereating, their body changes to a more thermogenic and highly metabolized state. The brain receives a signal that it should elevate metabolism in order to burn the extra energy coming from food."

This is similar to the Eat One Meal (E1M) diet I previously blogged about.
